Consumers complained that they didn’t like dairy, but with a first ever brand identity and unified voice, we rallied the dairy industry together to educate people on what is and isn’t dairy. And in the process, we helped consumers understand that most of the things they love, like pizza, yogurt parfaits, and grilled cheese, all contain dairy. With this new insight, we helped reignite consumers love affair with dairy and all the deliciousness that it creates.
My Role: Creative Director responsible for leading creative development, liaison between client and agency, establishing creative strategy, presenting work, sharing client feedback with appropriate next steps, keeping projects on brief, within budget, and on schedule.
