In an industry first, we promoted Southwest Airlines proprietary travel information to demonstrate our commitment to transparency. This was brought to life on the SWA booking site, jet bridge posters, video screens throughout major airports, and a robust banner campaign. The truly unique part is that all the digital efforts are continuously updated through a live data feed with up to date stats and numbers. This commitment to transparency laid the groundwork for a brand conversation that continues to evolve.
